Who we are
TB Travel Agency is a travel agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. In these terms, “we” means TB Travel Agency and “you” means the person making the booking and everyone travelling under it. Contact: info@tbtravelagency.ae.
Our role
We arrange hotel stays and related travel services (such as transfers, flights and experiences) supplied by hotels, airlines and other providers. Each service is provided by its supplier under the supplier’s own terms, which form part of your booking. We act as your agent in arranging these services.
Quotes and confirmation
Quotes are valid for the time stated and depend on availability until confirmed. A booking is confirmed only when we have received the required payment and sent you a written confirmation. Please check names, dates and room details on your confirmation and tell us of any error within 24 hours.
Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in UAE dirhams (AED) and include the taxes and fees we are able to collect in advance. Some destinations charge local taxes or resort fees payable at the hotel; your quote states these where known. Payment is due as set out in your quote: either a deposit with the balance due by a stated date, or full payment at booking for non-refundable rates. If a balance is not paid on time, the supplier may cancel the booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Changes and cancellations by you
You may change or cancel a booking by writing to us. Charges depend on the rate and the supplier’s rules, which are shown on your quote and confirmation. See changes and cancellations for how this works.
Changes and cancellations by suppliers
Occasionally a supplier may change or cancel a service. If this happens we will tell you as soon as we can, offer comparable alternatives where possible, and pass on any refund the supplier provides.
Hotel perks
Upgrades, early check-in, late check-out and amenities that we request on your behalf are subject to availability and the hotel’s discretion, unless your confirmation states that they are guaranteed.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas, health documents and any insurance required for your trip, and for arriving on time. We can share guidance but cannot guarantee entry to any country. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance from the time of booking.
Liability
We are responsible for arranging your booking with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of suppliers, or for events outside our reasonable control such as weather, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics or government action. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE law that cannot be limited.
Complaints
If something is not right during your stay, please tell the hotel and us straight away so we can help. Any complaint after travel should be sent to info@tbtravelagency.ae within 28 days of your return.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
