How payment works
Secure, simple payment
When you confirm a booking, we send you a payment request with your booking reference and the amount in AED.
Card payment link
Pay securely online with Visa, Mastercard or American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Card details are processed by our payment provider and never seen or stored by us.
Bank transfer
Transfer to our UAE business account. The account details are printed on your invoice. Please include your booking reference.
Deposits and balances
Flexible rates may need a deposit at booking with the balance due before the hotel’s deadline. Non-refundable rates are paid in full at booking.
Receipts
You receive a receipt by email for every payment, and a final confirmation once the hotel has confirmed your stay.
Pay an invoice
Enter the booking reference from your invoice and your email. We send your secure payment link straight away during office hours.
Never pay a TB Travel invoice to an account that is not printed on our invoice or sent from info@tbtravelagency.ae. If in doubt, contact us before paying.
