TB Travel Agency ("we", "us") is a travel agency licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you enquire or book with us, why, and your rights.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email.
• Booking details: destination, dates, guests, room preferences and any notes you share.
• Guest details needed by the hotel: names as on passport, and loyalty numbers if you give them.
• Payment information is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Basic website analytics and advertising data (for example, which page you came from) if you accept cookies.

Why we use it

• To prepare quotes and make, manage and change your bookings.
• To pass your preferences and guest details to the hotel and booking suppliers.
• To contact you about your booking.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.

Who we share it with

Hotels, accommodation suppliers and booking platforms needed to fulfil your booking; our payment provider; and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Because we book hotels worldwide, your booking details are sent to suppliers in the country of your stay and in other countries where our suppliers operate. We share only what each booking needs.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed for the booking and for our legal and tax record-keeping obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to marketing, at any time. We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and, where it applies to you, the EU and UK GDPR.
